Liposuction can play a role in the treatment of gynecomastia. On the other hand, if the firm gynecomastia is associated with fatty tissue toward the periphery of the breast, Dr. Backstein will generally suggest supllemental liposuction of this fatty tissue in order to give the final result a perfected look
